Our Values - Community-First

Community-first is engaging the resources of your local community to understand what current and future supports are available to ensure project success. 

We specialize in working in rural and remote communities in Western Canada to build new capital projects.  We recognize that outside resources may be required to build projects in these communities, but the long-term viability of the project will be based on local resources.  On a recent housing project for a rural community, we invited the organizations local maintenance contractors to the design table to review and provide feedback on the proposed systems they will be tasked with maintaining in the future.
