Spirit River Seniors Apartment
We provided project development services to advance a deeply affordable seniors housing to construction in the Town of Spirit River. Our services included scope management, business planning, affordable housing financing applications and procurement.
We bring experience to navigate funding opportunities available through the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) including the Co-Investment Fund, Rapid Housing Initiative and Rental Construction Financing Initative.
Spirit River Senior’s Lodge Owner’s Advisory Services
We are supporting the organization with stakeholder engagement, design reviews and procurement of furniture and equipment for the construction of $24MM, 92-unit senior's housing facility in the town of Spirit River, AB. We have supported the client bring this project to construction in the Spring of 2022.

Cotillion Community Centre
We provided architectural design and consultant coordination for the development of a new community hall in Saddle Hills County, AB.
DeBolt Affordable Housing
We are providing project management services including purchasing, technical reviews, cost reporting, contractor coordination and scheduling for construction of a modular duplex in DeBolt, AB for affordable housing.

Indoor Golf Centre - Architectural Design
We supported architectural design of an automated indoor golf centre in the City of Grande Prairie. We love to support inovative, automated projects for clients and customers.
Waste Heat Recovery Unit
We supported Bonavista Energy install a waste heat recovery unit on the exhaust of a 2400 horsepower engine. The unit supplies heat to their plant and reduces site fuel gas consumption from their boiler. The project is expected to save $170,000 per year in fuel expenses and 2500 tonnes per year of greenhouse gas emissions.

Green Energy Feasibility Study
We supported an industrial client with the feasibility of solar generation to offset their grid demand. Our analysis helped reduce anticipated project payout from 25 years to 15.
Kivalliq Regional Visitors Centre
New visitors centre to showcase the seven communities in the Kivalliq region of Nunavut through the promotion of Inuit culture and local geography.

Emissions Reduction Study
We completed the review of an industrial facility identifying economic energy saving opportunities to reduce CO2 emissions by 2000+ tonnes per year.
Rosevear Gas Plant Utility System Overhaul
High utility and maintenance costs threatened the viability of the Rosevear Gas Plant. We provided an energy audit, concept design, business case and project management for the replacement of the plant’s heating plant and electrification of prime drivers. The project indefinitely extended the life of the plant, while saving $1,000,000 per year in electricity costs and reducing site generated emissions by 20,000 tonnes per year.
Ansell Gas Plant Development
When the operator was looking to upgrade their compressor site to process gas, we supported them with reviewing efficient concept designs to balance energy use and processing capabilities. During design development we identified electrification opportunities that reduced site generated CO2 emissions by 20,000 tonnes per year.
Hay River Family Support Centre
Supported the organization with project development activities and an application to the Canada mortgage and Housing Corporation Co-Investment Fund for project financing.
Ka’Atlodeeche First Nations Office Renovation
Building envelope upgrades and accessibility improvements to improve the building’s appearance and access to the community.
