Yukon Cultural Camp

We are supporting the redevelopment of cultural camp in the unceded territory of the Kaska Dena. We are providing project management and construction management design consulting to support the remote, off grid development.

Powder King, BC Ski Condominium

Design and energy modelling for the first multifamily residiential development at Powder King Ski Resort located in Northern British Columbia.

Construction is anticipated to start in Spring 2025.

Grande Prairie Condo Repair

We completed the building envelope condition assessment of a mixed-use condominium in Grande Prairie, AB experience issues with water ingress. We came up with an economic repair plan for the condominum. Work is underway and is expected to be complete in 2025.

Spirit River Seniors Apartment Project Development

We provided project development services to advance a deeply affordable seniors housing to construction in the Town of Spirit River. Our services included scope management, business planning, affordable housing financing applications and procurement.

We bring experience to navigate funding opportunities available through the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) including the Co-Investment Fund, Rapid Housing Initiative and Rental Construction Financing Initative.

Spirit River Senior’s Lodge Owner’s Advisory Services

We are supporting the organization with stakeholder engagement, design reviews and procurement of furniture and equipment for the construction of $38.5MM, 92-unit senior's housing facility in the town of Spirit River, AB. We have supported the client bring this project to construction in the Spring of 2022.

Grande Prairie Affordable Childcare

We provided architectural design, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering for the development of a daycare and after-school program within an existing affordable housing development.

DeBolt Affordable Housing

We provided construction management design consulting providing design, procurement, construction inspection and contractor coordination for construction of modular duplexes in DeBolt, AB.

Cotillion Community Centre

We provided architectural design and consultant coordination for the development of a new community hall in Saddle Hills County, AB.

Grande Prairie Indoor Golf Centre

We supported architectural design of an automated indoor golf centre in the City of Grande Prairie. We love to support inovative, automated projects for clients and customers.

Waste Heat Recovery Unit

We supported Bonavista Energy install a waste heat recovery unit on the exhaust of a 2400 horsepower engine. The unit supplies heat to their plant and reduces site fuel gas consumption from their boiler. The project is expected to save $170,000 per year in fuel expenses and 2500 tonnes per year of greenhouse gas emissions.

Craft Distillery - Architecture and Mechanical Engineering

We supported a local distillery in the City of Grande Prairie move-in to a converted fire hall to open their beautiful distillery and tasting room. We help businesses navigate code compliance to get their projects done.

Emissions Reduction Study

We completed the review of an industrial facility identifying economic energy saving opportunities to reduce CO2 emissions by 2000+ tonnes per year.
